The vacation apartment is located in an idyllic spot just outside the city of Friedrichshafen and only a few minutes' drive from the city.
The apartment is conveniently located, with a bus stop directly in front of the house. There are many shopping facilities less than 1.5 km away: Lidl, Aldi.

This spacious 90 square-meters apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: two cozy bedrooms as well as an additional study, and a spacious living and dining area, that is equipped with a sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

Although the apartment sleeps 6, it is recommended that no more than 5 people be accommodated for a comfortable stay.

The king-size bedroom has approx. 16 m2, a king-size double bed, and a beautiful view of the Rotach river.

The queen-size bedroom has approx. 10 m2, a queen-size double bed, and a beautiful view of the Säntis peak.

A small study with internet access is also located upstairs, next to the bedroom.
