This modern and beautifully furnished 500 m² villa features eight spacious bedrooms and seven bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. The interior of the villa is bathed in natural light thanks to large glass doors and windows, offering breathtaking views of the lush private garden and the surrounding nature. Enjoy the secluded private pool, the shaded terrace with a dining table, and the well-equipped barbecue area for unforgettable gatherings in the enclosed konoba. With air conditioning in every room, two kitchens, two dining and living areas, free Wi-Fi, and the option to add a crib, every comfort is provided for a perfect family vacation. The villa also features a ping-pong table, badminton and volleyball equipment, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, ensuring endless outdoor fun.

Great stay in a beautiful house with a great host

We had a beautiful stay in this new house. It has three apartments in one big house which makes it perfect for bigger groups to enjoy a great time whilst also having privacy. There is a great big kitchen on the ground floor which we mostly used. Beautiful garden and pool, very quiet location. Our host Monica was also great and responded immediately if we had questions or needed something. Couldn’t be better!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in der Villa SilenteWir (3 Familien, insgesamt 14 Personen im Alter ab 12 Jahren) haben unseren Urlaub Ende August / Anfang September in der Villa Silente verbracht. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war traumhaft, es ist noch schöner als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Die Villa liegt am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung, die durch gute Zufahrtsstraßen erreichbar ist. Hier wird man nicht gestört und man stört auch selbst niemanden, wenn man mal laut Musik hört oder Spaß im Pool hat. In ca. 10 Minuten kann man in Koromacno einen schönen Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser erreichen.Als Reisegruppe haben wir in den vergangenen Jahren bereits mehrere Häuser angemietet und daher einen kleinen Erfahrungsschatz angesammelt. Die Villa Silente ist die klare Nummer 1! Sie ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann. Tolle Zimmer und Bäder, Betten für erholsamen Schlaf und bei Bedarf Abkühlung durch die in allen Räumen vorhandenen Klimaanlagen. Die Villa bietet viel Raum für Gemeinschaft (einen Tisch im Außenbereich für 14 Personen hatten wir noch nie), chillige Sitzgelegenheiten für den morgendlichen Kaffee der Eltern, aber auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Räume und Außenanlagen haben ein tolles Beleuchtungskonzept und sogar der Pool leuchtet bei Dunkelheit in unterschiedlichen FarbenDer große Küchenraum samt der großen Töpfe und Kühlschränke hat komplett überzeugt. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Aufenthalt!

Die Zeit in der Villa Silente war wunderschön und meine Gruppe und ich würden jederzeit ohne zu zögern wieder dahin.Monika, die Eigentümerin, hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und jedes Mal, wenn sie da war, hat sich die ganze Gruppe gefreut!Das Haus war unbeschreiblich schön und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Große Kochutensilien, genug Spül- und Waschmaschinen, Kühlschränke, Geschirr etc. - uns hat es absolut an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten, Sofas, Pool und Aussenbereich waren sehr schön und gepflegt und auch Tischtennisplatte und Grill haben für viele schöne Momente gesorgt.In der Nähe gibt es viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Städte Pula und Rijeka und einige natürliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, die maximal im Umkreis von 60-90 Minuten liegen.Danke für die Zeit dort und an alle anderen gibt es eine starke Empfehlung, dieses Haus und die Umgebung zu erleben!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 7 Kindern verreist und die Aufteilung im Haus war super. Die Ausstattung ist neu und hochwertig. Der hauseigene Pool war groß genug für alle und am Abend bunt beleuchtet. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz (Holzkohlegrill) mit weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen. Die Hauseigentümerin war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abgeschieden und ist daher perfekt zum Entspannen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, DM, Spar usw.) sind mit dem Auto in 15 Min. erreichbar.

Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Vermieter, tolle Ausstattung. Weitläufiges Grundstück, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt.Labin um die Ecke, großer, sehr gepflegter Pool, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne oder im Schatten ausreichend vorhanden.Klimatisierte Appartments, große Gemeinschaftsküche 2 Extra Küchen. Topp: Außendusche und Außen WCVilla wie auf den Bildern.Absolute Empfehlung !

Perfektes Haus für große Familien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit 3 Wohnung und einer zusätzlichen separaten Küche. Das Haus ist ganz neu und modern eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Gegend mit viel Platz und einem schönen Pool. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
