Great stay in a beautiful house with a great host

We had a beautiful stay in this new house. It has three apartments in one big house which makes it perfect for bigger groups to enjoy a great time whilst also having privacy. There is a great big kitchen on the ground floor which we mostly used. Beautiful garden and pool, very quiet location. Our host Monica was also great and responded immediately if we had questions or needed something. Couldn’t be better!

Die Zeit in der Villa Silente war wunderschön und meine Gruppe und ich würden jederzeit ohne zu zögern wieder dahin.Monika, die Eigentümerin, hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und jedes Mal, wenn sie da war, hat sich die ganze Gruppe gefreut!Das Haus war unbeschreiblich schön und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Große Kochutensilien, genug Spül- und Waschmaschinen, Kühlschränke, Geschirr etc. - uns hat es absolut an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten, Sofas, Pool und Aussenbereich waren sehr schön und gepflegt und auch Tischtennisplatte und Grill haben für viele schöne Momente gesorgt.In der Nähe gibt es viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Städte Pula und Rijeka und einige natürliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, die maximal im Umkreis von 60-90 Minuten liegen.Danke für die Zeit dort und an alle anderen gibt es eine starke Empfehlung, dieses Haus und die Umgebung zu erleben!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 7 Kindern verreist und die Aufteilung im Haus war super. Die Ausstattung ist neu und hochwertig. Der hauseigene Pool war groß genug für alle und am Abend bunt beleuchtet. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz (Holzkohlegrill) mit weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen. Die Hauseigentümerin war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abgeschieden und ist daher perfekt zum Entspannen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, DM, Spar usw.) sind mit dem Auto in 15 Min. erreichbar.

Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Vermieter, tolle Ausstattung. Weitläufiges Grundstück, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt.Labin um die Ecke, großer, sehr gepflegter Pool, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne oder im Schatten ausreichend vorhanden.Klimatisierte Appartments, große Gemeinschaftsküche 2 Extra Küchen. Topp: Außendusche und Außen WCVilla wie auf den Bildern.Absolute Empfehlung !

Perfektes Haus für große Familien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit 3 Wohnung und einer zusätzlichen separaten Küche. Das Haus ist ganz neu und modern eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Gegend mit viel Platz und einem schönen Pool. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
