The building is located just 300 m from one of the most famous places in Łódź - Piotrkowska Street, which is the longest shopping street in Europe. A walk along the street, which is surrounded by historic tenement houses, is undoubtedly one of the highlights when visiting Łódź. The Manufaktura, located in a revitalised monument of industrial architecture, is 1.8 km away. It is a popular tourist attraction, a major meeting place and cultural centre (Mały Theatre, Factory Museum). Lovers of classical music will be able to go to the Philharmonic Hall just a few steps away. The area provides a wide range of restaurants and cafés for everyone to choose from. Famous for its industrial architecture, Łódź also provides relaxation in the natural surroundings in the many parks located within its boundaries.
