El apartamento se encuentra en el Capítulo 4. Piso de una casa de 1906 en el canal de navegación de Berlín-Spandau. Es luminoso y da a un patio tranquilo.

A lo largo del canal también se ejecuta la ruta ciclista del Berlín-Copenhague. Los ciclistas son bienvenidos. La granja es un lugar seguro para las bicicletas.

Nuestro apartamento tiene capacidad para un máximo de dos adultos y un niño. Cuenta con una sala de estar y dormitorio, una cocina y un baño. Algo muy especial es la pequeña sauna! El apartamento es un apartamento para no fumadores. Por favor no traiga ninguna mascota.

We stayed for 11 nights with our 9 year-old son. The apartment was an excellent, comfortable and well-equipped. It was very clean. Also the host very helpful and friendly. I highly suggest this apartment.

Relaxing stay in Berlin

Charming and quiet apartment

I have enjoyed my stay in this charming apartment located in a green and quiet neighbourhood very much. It is spotless and comfortably furnished. The owner and his family were helpful in checking-in and out. Next time in Berlin I would really like to return to Sprengelkiez and the apartment at Nordufer.

We’ve had a wonderful time in Christian’apartment. The apartment is comfortable, cosy and functional in addition to being beautiful and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing and the neighborhood is quiet and charming. We could run along the Spree every morning. Christian is available ans accommodating.

A wonderful stay with a great host!

We had such a lovely time staying here during our trip in Berlin. The host, Christian, is very kind and helpful, and the flat is simply wonderful. Perfect for two people, very quiet and spacious, great light, great location. Plus, the sauna is such an amazing bonus!!! We're very happy and we would love to come back again.

Cozy, well-equipped and very cute

Me and my friend had a great time staying at this adorable apartment for our spring break. It had everything we needed to cook dinners, relax and the location was great with the U bahn being a block away. Would definetly love to come back!

Very nice property

First off, Christian is an awesome landlord. He is very communicative and showed us around the property, and even left us some goodies. The property is clean and secure. The neighborhood has lots of families and good food. It’s a quiet area and felt safe. Highly recommend!

Amazing appartment

The appartment itself is amazing, and it is close to the cityr center, only 30 min by U-Bahn. The only downside was that it is on the fourth floor and no elevator, but otherwise very nice.

Everything we needed

Little sympathic apartment near metro station offered us lovely three days staying in Berlin. Our host was very flexible, friendly and considerate. Everything was clean and tidy. There is no elevator in the house, but that was not a problem in out case.

Basic but well situated appartement

The appartement is very well situated in a very good quarter (transport beach bar restaurant forest ....) close to everything and quiet. The owner is very Just noticed its on the 4th floor and the equipement is very basic (cooking, storage, bed, no whasjing machine or dishwasher...)

Great location and convenient to Berlin sights

Beautiful quiet location adjacent to the canal. Apartment is situated on an inner courtyard on the fourth floor. We had plenty of room to live in. We used the Amrumer Str. U-Bahn, which is only approx 600 m away, to get to all the major sites in Berlin. Plenty of local restaurants and bars to relax in a quiet inner city setting. For noting, there is no lift so 85 stairs are required to reach the apartment.

Nice apartment in a classic Berlin building

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with multiple public transport options and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The building is over 100-years old with classic features, but the unit is updated. The unit is exactly like the listing so be sure that you understand what it says. You have a nice kitchen, bath and spacioius living room, but no bedroom. There is a comfortable king-size sofa bed and two single-mattresses that you place on the floor. So its awesome for a romatic couple, but close quarters for a family of 4. The owner is super helpful.

Excellent property, local ambience and context

Christian welcomed us and after showing us round let us just get on with things We had friends locally, it is a traditional Berlin property, the building has an excellent ambience and they were impressed and wished they'd known about it when family visited! One minor gripe you can hear people on the stairs and in the central courtyard, this isn't a sterile modern flat! You do need to be willing/able to climb lots of stairs Local lake brilliant for relaxing and swimming in summer Walk to local transport etc

Absolutely fine!

The apartment was nice and comfy, and the location was far more pleasant than I anticipated. The street is quiet (but the apt faces the courtyard), there are two different U- and S-bahn stations within walking distance, there are cafés and restaurants around the corner, and I felt safe walking home anytime. Christian was welcoming and accommodated my change of dates with no fuss, so I frankly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Affordable Luxury in a Hidden Pocket of Berlin

I had an amazing stay here! The flat is centrally located in a vibrant, trendy neighborhood of Berlin, right by a scenic river trail that leads to some of the city’s most famous historic and tourist areas. The space exceeded my expectations—not only was it much larger than the photos suggested, but it also featured a beautiful, relaxing sauna, a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and stylish, comfortable decor that made it feel both homey and cool. The flat was impeccably clean, and the host was exceptionally gracious, communicating smoothly and even accommodating a late checkout. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin, especially for longer stays (one month or more). I only wish I could have stayed beyond the week!

Perfect place

Christian was the perfect host. He made himself available via texts. He even helped me up the stairs with my very heavy bag!! The apartment was very clean and tidy. Only a 30 minute walk to the central train station. Buses and U-Bahn a short 5 min walk. The only suggestion would be having a small microwave would have been handy to reheat food. I will be back again. Thanks

Great place in Wedding!

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re a couple in Berlin. It is on the 4th floor (5th floor in America) so there are quite a few stairs, but we didn’t mind. The apartment is very well sized for a studio and came with everything we needed for our stay. The sauna was the best part and we used it daily. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of great restaurants and bars, I would recommend Kubi, a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. It is also right next to the U9 line which connects to the U6, U8, and the S-Bahn ring lines. We had no trouble at all getting around. I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or single traveler who’s looking to stay in Berlin for a few days or a few weeks!

Wir haben vier Tage in der Wohnung am Nordufer verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, aber auch ideal für Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge in die Innenstadt.Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Vermieter: Er war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen und sofort mit meinem Sohn sein sehr defektes Fahrrad repariert - ein extra großes Dankeschön hierfür!Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und kommen gern wieder.
