The detached villa is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Kremenići. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-October, 4 m x 10 m, 1.50 m deep).
