Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein größeres Lebensmittelgeschäft (Feneberg) mit Bäcker und Metzgerei. Zur FeWo gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, schräg gegenüber gelegen. Für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen könnte der Weg in die 2. Etage beschwerlich sein.
