Beach front home in Olpenitz with house sea view
The Living holiday home is located on a narrow headland between the Schlei and the marina in the Baltic seaside resort of Olpenitz. In addition to three sun terraces with panoramic views, the high-quality equipment and modern furnishings invite you to live and enjoy.
The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area, wood-burning stove and a dining table for six is the centrepiece of the house. Sailing ships can be observed through the living room's window front, while the terrace offers marvellous sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and ensures complete holiday comfort.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer space for up to four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom has a view of the water and a box-spring bed as well as another balcony on the Schleiss side. An additional sleeping area is available in the living room on a sofa bed.
There is a fully equipped bathroom on each floor. A whirlpool and a Finnish sauna on the first floor provide a personal spa and wellness area with a view of the Schlei.
Another highlight is the 25 m² roof terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour. Here you can enjoy the sun to the full. This holiday home is characterised by a clean, contemporary style of furnishing. Clear shapes and muted colours are interrupted by shabby chic elements and individual colour accents, creating the perfect balance. In this holiday home, less is more.
There are two car parking spaces and a private bicycle shed directly in front of the house.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor facilities and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
