- The water is drinkable and filtered, but contains saline derivatives; it is recommended to bring bottled water.

- The barbecue cannot be used on extremely hot days with fire risk; please consult the host.

- You may bring charcoal for the barbecue.

- Pets are allowed upon request to the host and with a supplement. Animals of breeds considered dangerous are not permitted.

- Check-in is not allowed for guests under 25 years old.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.
