Or relax on the balcony or in the garden with a view of nature. Our cozy 65-square-meter vacation rental is ideal for families or couples looking to escape the daily grind. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; a dining area; a living room with a flat-screen TV; and two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 set of 2 single beds). The sofas are both pull-out and provide two additional sleeping spots. Cribs and high chairs are available for the little ones. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, and toilet. In the garden, seating areas invite you to relax, and a playground offers fun and games for the kids. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartments. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for doing laundry as needed. You can park your cars in private parking spaces directly in front of the house, and your bicycles can be stored safely in the covered carport. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request for a one-time fee of 20.00 EUR. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per adult per night will be charged separately on-site. Final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, and the washer and dryer are included.
