Belle maison, très bien équipée et idéalement située pour découvrir la Reunion

Après un léger sentiment de déception en découvrant la façade avant de la maison, tout s’efface dès que la porte est poussée. Les photos en ligne sont bien le reflet de la réalité ! La maison est spacieuse et ouvre sur le bel espace extérieur situé à l’arrière, caché aux yeux de tous ! Le propriétaire (étant absent) a eu la courtoisie de nous appeler à notre arrivée pour savoir si nous étions bien installés. Quel bonheur la piscine chauffée et le jaccuzi est bien agréable aussi. Nous n’avons as utilisé le hammam. La route qui passe à l´arriere de la maison n’est pas dérangeante au niveau bruit. La maison est très bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, notamment en cuisine. Quelques remarques : le bâchage de la piscine est difficile, la télévision et le lecteur DVD de la chambre à 3 lits ne fonctionnaient pas, de même que la chaîne hifi du RDC, dommage ! Les oreillers du 1er manquent de gonflant ( il y a un traversin pour compenser...) Notre position à l’Etang Salé nous a permis de rayonner sur les côtes nord, ouest et sud pour visiter cette magnifique île sous un soleil d’août resplendissant et des températures de 25-26 degrés durant tout notre séjour !

Superbe villa, bien située et agréable

Cette maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes : calme, sérénité, repos, détente et sécurité. Elle est très fonctionnelle, on s'y sent bien. Avec sa piscine, son jacuzzi et sa climatisation, on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. La piste cyclable juste en face est un atout majeur car les enfants peuvent faire du vélo en toute sécurité. On peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous remercions leur fille pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Superbes vacances dans une villa plutôt calme

Bonjour, Les plus : _ Maison spacieuse, confortable, fonctionnel, calme et très agréable. _ Le jacuzzi est un délice le soir après une randonnée ou tout simplement pour se détendre. _ La piscine est bien, avec les rebords où on a systématiquement pied. _ Endroit idéal pour les joggers. Accès direct sur un parcours piéton/cycliste. _ Restaurations rapides, à emporter et pas cher à 5 mn, en vélo, en direction du centre ville. _ L'annonce a tenu toutes ses promesses. Les moins : _ La salle de bains à l'étage, nécessite une réfection ; et la cuisine manque d'entretien. _ Pas d'alternative au panneau solaire : pas de soleil en continu = pas d'eau chaude. _ Les serrures sont à revoir. Je recommande fortement cette location pour tous ses aspects très positifs. J'espère que le propriétaire (par ailleurs, très sympathique) prendra en compte les petites améliorations à apporter. Amicalement.

Merci pour vos compliments et remarques constructives ! - Le chauffe eau solaire a été révisé depuis et la capacité à fournir de l'eau chaude est meilleure maintenant. Il faut tout de même rester vigilant sur la consommation quand on est nombreux s'il ne fait pas beau plusieurs jours de suite... - la cuisine a été complètement rénovée en 2013... Nouveaux meubles en teck et toutes les portes ont été changées... - Nous allons changer à nouveau la douche prochainement compte tenu de votre remarque. - Après vérification, un double des clés avait été mal réalisé... Nous l'avons changé. Merci encore pour votre contribution à améliorer notre location !

Superbe villa dans le quartier résidentiel.

Nous étions 9 amis dans cette villa laissée par les propriétaires. Tout le confort nécessaire, piscine, barbecue. "Camp de base" idéal pour se reposer après 8 jours de randonnée dans Mafate et Cilaos. A l'écart de la voie rapide, calme, petits commerces sur place, deux boulangeries, accès à pied, restaurants.
