Watching the sun rise is always a very special natural spectacle and a real experience.

Enjoying the sunrise on your own balcony while looking out over the sailing harbour, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea is even better! SUNRISE offers you exactly that!



Centrally yet quietly located, SUNRISE is on the first floor directly on the popular harbour promenade with its small, individual shops and an EDEKA supermarket that is second to none.

The Weidefeld beach and the maritime mini-golf course are in the immediate vicinity and offer fun and variety for everyone.



The bright and open-plan living and dining room with integrated kitchenette in SUNRISE radiates a homely atmosphere and the holiday feeling sets in from the moment you arrive.

The unobstructed view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the adjoining balcony falls on the colourful hustle and bustle of the sailing and sports boat harbour and everyday life is forgotten! Holiday cinema in the fresh air, where else can you get that? If you would like to watch a different programme, there is a TV in the living area.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and cooking together is great fun. Here, too, you can enjoy the view over the harbour and water.

The large bedroom is equipped with another TV. You will find a double bed and two single beds in each room. There is also plenty of wardrobe space. This means you have two fully-fledged bedrooms at your disposal.

The shower room with its walk-in shower has everything you need to start a successful day on holiday by the Baltic Sea.



The SUNRISE feel-good package also includes a parking space in front of the house and a lift to take you comfortably to your holiday paradise.



Our favourite spot: enjoy a hearty breakfast on the balcony and greet the rising sun.

Wir haben für 4 Tage in dem ästhetischen und modernen Apartment Sunrise gewohnt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen Dingen für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet. Aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Das Apartment ist zentral im Resort gelegen und wir konnten innerhalb von 1 Minute die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Bushaltestelle oder Restaurants erreichen. Die Ferienhausagentur war außerordentlich nett und hat uns alles nötige mitgeteilt. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! -Gerrit van Raalten Juli 2024

Erster und letzter Urlaub in diesem Resort

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und sauber. Allerdings war aus der Onlinebuchung nicht zu erkennen, dass diese Wohnung direkt neben einem Fahrstuhl liegt. Durch diesen Fahrstuhl und den schrecklich laut knallenden Türen zum Hausflur hin, war an einen ruhigen Schlaf überhaupt nicht zu denken. Trotz frühzeitiger Beschwerde wurde dieses Problem erst nach 12 Tagen behoben (letzter Tag vor Abreise). Selbst im Wohnzimmer ist man Abends jedesmal hochgeschreckt wegen den Türen. Meine 79 Jahre alte Schwester hat einmal versucht das laute Knallen dieser Tür beim durchgehen mit dem Rücken abzufedern und ist durch den starken Druck der Tür beinahe hingefallen. Weiterhin ist das Regenfallrohr direkt neben der Hausflurtür und der Wohnungseingangstür eine Stolperfallen. Das Resort an sich ist einfach zu "kalt" aufgebaut. Lediglich ein Bäcker der erst um 8.00 h öffnet und man ca. 1 Stunde warten muss um Brötchen zu bekommen. Es fehlt dem Resort einfach etwas mehr "liebevolle" Ausgestaltung. Also ich war das erste und letzte Mal hier.

Einleitend freut es uns sehr erwähnen zu können, dass Ihnen die Unterkunft allgemein sehr gut gefallen hat und Sie die Sauberkeit lobend hervorheben. Allerdings bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie dennoch nicht zufrieden waren. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der Türen im Hausflur möchten wir uns auch an dieser Stelle vielmals entschuldigen. Vor Ort teilten wir Ihnen bereits mit, dass wir als Agentur an der Stelle jedoch keine Abhilfe schaffen können, da es sich um einen Bereich außerhalb Ihrer gebuchten Unterkunft handelte. Daher leiteten wir Ihr Feedback gern an die zuständige Hausverwaltung weiter, die das Problem schließlich beheben konnte. Da es sich hierbei um ein externes Unternehmen handelt, haben wir leider keinen Einfluss auf die zeitliche Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und bitten um Verständnis. Ferner ist es richtig, dass die Infrastruktur vor Ort noch nicht vollumfänglich entwickelt wurde. In der Zukunft wird diese selbstverständlich weiter ausgebaut, sodass vor Ort weitere Gastronomie entsteht. Dennoch ist es nicht richtig, dass sich vor Ort nur ein Bäcker befindet. Wir finden es sehr schade, dass Sie die weiteren gastronomischen Angebote nicht erwähnen und die zahlreichen Angebote vor Ort nicht unserer Anreisebroschüre entnommen haben. Abschließend möchten wir erneut unser Bedauern zum Ausdruck bringen, dass der Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Daher würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie dem Ostseeresort Olpenitz in der Zukunft eine zweite Chance geben und wir Sie erneut begrüßen dürfen!
