Gorgeous apartment in Olpenitz

My StrandPunkt is a spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor for up to four people. The harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour are just a few metres away from the holiday apartment. The maritime mini-golf course and the Weidefeld beach are in the immediate vicinity and offer fun for the whole family.



With floor-to-ceiling windows and a large adjoining terrace, the open-plan and light-flooded living/dining area is the heart of the apartment. Relaxing evenings can be spent on the cosy living area. Whether with a good book in your hand or watching a film together. You can also make yourself comfortable here in bad weather. The crackling wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and comfort.

The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. This makes cooking together fun! You can access the large terrace directly from the living area. Enjoy the sun from morning to evening on the garden furniture provided. Why not round off the day with a barbecue together?

Start the day with a view of the harbour basin. The bedroom has access to the second terrace and the walk-in wardrobe. A double box-spring bed is available in the bedroom for a good night's sleep. There are two further sleeping places on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

A small holiday office area is set up for you in the bedroom if you want to combine the pleasant with the useful.



The bathroom with a spacious floor-level rain shower and an infrared sauna offers unforgettable wellness moments and provides the perfect end to an eventful day's holiday. The holiday apartment has its own extra-wide parking space, which is located just a few metres from the entrance to the holiday apartment.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
