This luxurious 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Bollwark residence and can be easily reached by lift. Its unique location at the tip of a headland offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Perfect for couples or families, the tastefully and colourfully furnished Meermarie offers two cosy bedrooms, attractive bathrooms, an inviting kitchen with separate dining area and a comfortable living area with access to the loggia. Large windows let in the light and offer a picturesque view of the sea even in unfavourable weather.



Luxurious double box-spring beds await you in the bedrooms, accompanied by Smart TVs with satellite TV and SKY. Large wardrobes provide ample storage space, and one bedroom even offers direct access to the loggia.



The cosy living area has a comfortable sofa set that is perfect for relaxing evenings. Here you can enjoy films on the Smart TV with SAT-TV and SKY. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. All the necessary cooking utensils are available to prepare delicious meals. The dining area offers space for up to 4 people and invites you to enjoy pleasant meals or games evenings.



The sheltered loggia is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. Relax on comfortable lounge chairs and admire the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the harbour entrance. Here you can enjoy the sun to the full from early in the morning until the afternoon.



The holiday apartment has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a barrier-free shower.



Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the basement of the residence. A small storage room in the holiday apartment offers enough space for suitcases and luggage.

A parking space is available in the underground car park. Please note the maximum entrance height (2.05m).

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own.
