Amazing home in Olpenitz with sauna

Furnished in beach house style and with plenty of vintage charm, the Vogelvilla holiday home takes you on a journey back in time. The Vogelvilla holiday home impresses with its front-row location and close proximity to the Baltic Sea. In addition to a breathtaking view and high-quality furnishings, this holiday home is also close to Weidefelder Strand, the most popular beach in the region, and has its own garden.



An open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor forms the centre of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here while eating together as well as during a cosy evening by the fireplace in the nostalgic wing chair and in the inviting seating area.



In addition to sunbathing, the terrace also provides a maritime ambience, as the harbour cinema is guaranteed with sailing and sports boats passing by.



The eat-in kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired.



There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and a view of the harbour and Baltic Sea, the other with two single beds and a flatscreen TV. A sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) offers additional sleeping accommodation.



The fully equipped feel-good bathroom with whirlpool bath and infrared sauna is also located on this floor. There is also a comfortable shower room on the ground floor.



The furnishing style corresponds to the exclusive location of the holiday home. The charming look of a bygone era and the Baltic Sea panorama convey a flair of soothing space and cosy tranquillity.



Two car parking spaces in front of the house provide additional comfort. A bicycle shed is also available.



The holiday home is equipped with W-LAN.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Durchwachsen - unterm Strich aber zu empfehlen

Unser Haus stank die ersten zwei Tage extrem nach Kaminrauch. Das war sehr unangenehm. Ein Bett war wie eine Hängematte und man konnte einfach nicht darauf schlafen. Unsere Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen nach Anreise wurde leider ignoriert. Wir haben dann noch eine E-Mail geschrieben, worauf wir nach unserem Urlaub eine Antwort erhalten haben mit einem kleinen Rabatt und einer Entschuldigung. Das hat alles etwas getrübt. Dennoch würden wir noch einmal fahren und die beiden Punkte Rauchgeruch und Bett vorher abfragen. :-) Ansonsten kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. <3

Das Haus war wie beschrieben! Sehr gepflegt, modern und schön. Schade war, dass man fast eine Stunde warten musste, um ins Haus zu kommen, obwohl der Check in ab 16 Uhr möglich war.
