Our house is surrounded by lush meadows, forests, and mountains. The newly renovated apartment sleeps up to 2 people and features a solid wood bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living/sleeping area, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, a modern bathroom with heated floors, a rain shower, and a hair dryer, as well as towels, dish towels, and bed linens, and a balcony with a magnificent mountain view. You can enjoy your vacation in our family-run, smoke-free home (all public and private areas, including the balcony, are smoke-free zones) any time of year.

Quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest with views of meadows and mountains. A great starting point for a wide variety of activities in the area. Hiking and biking tours are possible directly from the accommodation. The train station and bus stop are just a few minutes away. A bakery and supermarket are a 10-minute walk away.
Hikes and leisurely walks are possible directly from the house. In summer, the Aschauerweiher natural swimming area is perfect for swimming, and in winter, the Aschauerweiher cross-country ski trail is a great option. Distance: 2.6 km. The Götschenlift ski area is 2.2 km away. Königssee and Jenner are about 10 km away by car.
