The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is modern, furnished in the typical local style and practical. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny waterside location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol and sun lounger. Shared large and small pool.

The resort has its own restaurant where you can order breakfast and enjoy à la carte dishes during the day. The distance to the town of Novalja, which is a tourist centre, is 10 km or a 5-minute drive. There you will find restaurants, shops and a wide range of tourist events. If you would like to take a tourist tour through olive groves, Lun is 10 km away and there is a beautiful centuries-old olive grove that you can visit as part of a group or on an individual tour. There are also famous dairies nearby that you can visit for various tastings of cheese, oil and wine.
