LE NOSTALGIQUE es un apartamento con aire acondicionado, espacioso, moderno y luminoso.



Está totalmente equipado y las habitaciones están insonorizadas. LE NOSTALGIQUE está situado en el prestigioso "CARRÉ D'OR" de Cannes, a 2 minutos de las playas y a 5 minutos del Palais des Festival. El apartamento está en el 2º piso con ascensor. Nuestros clientes se benefician de 3 balcones. Aparcamiento vigilado de pago en el mismo edificio. Está disponible bajo petición. Hay 4 llaves de cliente a su disposición.







LE NOSTALGIQUE tiene 2 dormitorios. Las camas se pueden convertir en dobles (180x200) o camas individuales. Hay 2 cuartos de baño con ducha. Se proporcionan toallas de baño y de playa. También hay 2 secadores de pelo. El sofá cama (140x190) está en el salón. Internet es estable (fibra) y Netflix está disponible de forma gratuita. Los canales de televisión por Internet son internacionales. Se puede proporcionar una cuna y una trona bajo petición.







El apartamento está situado en el corazón de Cannes, no lejos del casco antiguo. Es un lugar muy animado.



Hay restaurantes, cines, la famosa Rue d'Antibes, playas privadas y públicas y el puerto deportivo a pocos pasos.



El aeropuerto de Niza está a 40 minutos en coche. La estación de tren y autobús está a 5 minutos a pie.

Incredible stay in south of France

We absolutely loved staying at this place in Cannes. The place is very spacious and has three ACs which made it cool even during the heat. Additionally, the host is very friendly and is great at communicating. The location is also great, being able to walk to beaches, stores, restaurants, and the train station all less than 10 mins away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was in the perfect location, central to everything. Bettina was great and set up everything for us, including cabs to the airport and ferry to St. Tropez. Apartment was clean and spacious. We had the best time!

LOVED it!

My friend and I LOVED staying here. Fabulous location, really lovely place, well appointed with everything we needed, and an awesome check-in experience! Grateful for the parking that was available and the elevator since we were carrying heavy suitcases. Also liked the security of the building. Overall, a really terrific experience.

Bettina the host was amazing!!! One of the best hosts I’ve had on a vacation rental. She helped us get settled and was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had for the entire time. Everything was excellent from check-in all the way through the end of the trip. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect! The balconies were wonderful and you absolutely cannot beat the location of this place. It is exactly where you want to be to enjoy everything Cannes has to offer. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. Not even a block away there’s a place that rents mopeds and bikes. I highly recommend doing this and exploring the city and outskirts! Fun weekend in Cannes

Great location in central Cannes! Restaurants and clubs abound, and you are 5 minutes from the beach or the train. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing - no surprises. The property manager Bettina was very helpful and responsive, working with us to arrange last minute check-in when our rental in Nice fell through. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Cannes.

Nice location, near everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Lots of nice balconies to watch the goings on in the street or sip a glass of wine in the evening. There is a nightclub district right down the street. There’s some noise, but not enough to cause troubles sleeping. The building is very safe and secure. Bettina gave us lots good and useful information on things to do and was very responsive.

The apartment was mostly as described with one exception: there is only one toilet. There are indeed two bathrooms en suite but the one toilet is in the hall. Property manager is great: Very responsive and helpful. Great location and the terraces would be very nice in warm weather. A good choice in Cannes for families rather than friends.

Location. Location. Location.

This flat is in a great location; close to the fancy shops, the local shops, the beach, the train station, the markets, restaurants and everything in between! We parked our car in the garage on day 1 and practically left it there the entire time (which is great because traffic and narrow streets in Cannes can make it challenging sometimes!). The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids); Bettina was very responsive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here (like a local) and peruse the posh streets of Cannes!

Definitely no need for a car in Cannes, but nice to have if you wish to explore the beautiful medieval villages in back country. All other towns and cities such as: Antibes, Juan Les Pins, , Nice, Monaco, Menton and even Ventimiglia (Italy) can easily reached by train (10-60min) which runs along the coast and offers amazing views. Please come back any time!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few moments from the Croisette. Its in a very secure apartment block which has a lovely little garden in the centre. You can just see the sea from one of the terraces. The flat was clean and very well equipped. The art works are a little dated/quirky, but the bathrooms and kitchen are lovely and modern. Only challenge I can see is having just one toilet if there are more than 4 of you.

I am very pleased to hear that you appreciated the very central location of this apartment. This is the most important point to all our guests. Especially the proximity to the sea front and the convention hall "Palais des Festivals". The apartment is as you have seen for yourself "extremely well equipped". We even have big reusable shopping bags for our clients as well as 5 umbrellas. The internet is strong and there are many international channels to watch on TV. You were the first guests to use our brand new reversible air conditioning system which is working superbly well. I do believe you were happy with my services. Please come back any time.

La Nostalgie

We were do pleased with our light, airy two bedroom apartment with three terraces, and just enough of a view of the sea. It was perfectly located between the Croisette and Rue D’Antibes. I'm very close to the Palett MD festival. Bettina was gracious and very helpful, both incoming and outgoing and quite frankly ever since nine 2020 when we had first reserved the apartment and it was canceled due to Covid, my friend and I are so happy to have had another few weeks of pleasure in CANNES

LE NOSTALGIQUE is unique, really. It has been very well furnished and with a lot of taste. The theme is "Cannes and its stars", great idea. The apartment is bright and spotless. We came for the LIONS congress and invited our new contacts to our apartment as it was so central and also to "show off"... We will definately come back for a holiday. This place is great for friends sharing but also for families with teenagers or small kids. No car is needed since one can't be more central. Thanks Irene for your very warm welcome. We will be back! Excellent logement et séjour fort agréable ! Nous étions cinq amis qui séjournions dans cet appartement à l'occasion du Festival International du Jeu de Cannes. L'emplacement était idéalement situé, à moins de 5 minutes du Palais des Congrès et des Festivals. L'appartement est joli, agréable et lumineux, pourvu de toutes les commodités, notamment d'un garage. Notre hôte, Bettina, est très aimable et a été aux petits soins pour nous. À recommander chaudement ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

vacanza a Cannes

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a marzo 2023 . L'appartamento è ampio e molto confortevole, ben fornito di tutto il necessario. la posizione è centrale vicinissima alla Croisette, alla spiaggia ed al Palazzo del Festival. Il Box auto sotto casa molto apprezzato. Il Sig.ra Bettina molto gentile e professionale al nostro arrivo. Da tenere in considerazione per future vacanze Silvio 24/3/2023
