Very beautiful, cosy house "am Bächle", renovated in 2018. 400 m from the centre of Hofstetten, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Haslach im Kinzigtal, 30 km from the centre of Offenburg, in a sunny position, directly by the stream. Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. Patio, fireplace, barbecue house. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3.5 km, bus stop "Haslach Bahnhof" 3.5 km, railway station "Haslach" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Urenkopfturm 7 km, 3 D Bogenparcurs Schwarzwald 9 km, Schwarzwälder Freilichtmuseum 14 km, Europa-Park Rust 40 km. Hiking paths: Kinzigtal, Elztal. Hiking and mountain bike trails start directly from the house. Please note: The owners do not accept youth groups and only allow external guests after prior consultation.
"Haus am Bächle", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the garden and creek. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The house on the Bächle has a history: before it was converted into a holiday home, it was used as a bakery and distillery. Info concerning the Carnival weekend (24/25 February 2026): Due to a carnival anniversary, traffic obstructions as well as increased pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the entire village and on the road passing the house are to be expected on 24/25 February 2026.

Wonderful stay

We have had a lovely relaxing week at the property. Everything was just perfect. The outside areas really do add to the property as you can always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. We visited several places during our week from Rulantica,Gutach Rodalbahn and several local swimming pools. All the family enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Angefangen von der herzlichen Begrüßung von Annette, das Haus ist einfach unbeschreiblich gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ,der Blick nach draußen zu den Kühen täglich ein Highlight und trotz des wechselhaften Wetters, hatten wir wunderschöne bunte Tage im Schwarzwald und haben uns auf die gemütlichen Abende im Häuschen gefreut. Heerlijk verblijf

Een super fijn en comfortabel huis. Lekker ruim een modern. Warme vriendelijke ontvangst met enkele welkomst cadeaus zoals wijn en chocolade. Na een paar dagen kregen we ook nog zelf gemaakt taart! Het huis was leuk aangekleed voor de kerst een er stond zelfs een kerstboom op het terras. Perfecte omgeving om te wandelen.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem aufwändig renovierten Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr liebevoll, gemütlich und trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist es optimal. Es gibt einen schön gestalteten Aussenbereich mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten u. Liegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch gut. Wir haben uns im Haus, trotz einiger Regentage rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerfamilie war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus am Bächle ist einfach nur traumhaft. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und man merkt die Liebe und das Herzblut, das in diesem Häuschen steckt. Einfach nur liebevoll. Die Vermieter sind super nett und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
