3-room apartment 80 m2, on the upper floor. Bright, with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1), box-room. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wirklich klasse!

Diese geräumige Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. Wir waren für ein paar Tage mit Kindern und Hund dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!

Urlaub in Ruhwarden

Wir waren überrascht wie schön Butjadingen ist.Fuer Kinder war alles vorhanden.wir vermissten allerdings ein Hallenbad.das nächste war 2o km entfernt und im Center Parc war nicht reinzukommen. Aber die Spielscheune war unseren Enkel (7 Jahre) absolut das Höchste. Die Strandanlagen waren für diese Jahreszeit sehr gepflegt und man konnte (sehr kalter Wind ( lange Spaziergänge machen Also alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub bei strahlend blauem Himmel und waermender Sonne.

Wir trafen eine schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern an. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und war mit allem Ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Lediglich die Sitzgarnitur dürfte mal erneuert werden. Sonst war alle top. Danke und gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Nordsee Lagune war sehr voll, zu voll. Lieber den Strand in Tossens benutzen. Fahrrad Verleih ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Melkhus und Frischfischverkauf in Fedderwaddersiel ebenfalls toll. Sehr gut essen kam man in der Ruhwarder Mühle (in Ruhwarden) zwar etwas teuer aber das Geld wirklich wert.

Nette Gastgeber, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts.

Da während unseres Aufenthalts Nebensaison war, konnten mein Mann, der Hund und ich an- und abreisen, wann wir wollten. Nach einer netten Begrüssung durch die Dame des Hauses bekamen wir die Schlüssel zu unserer Wohnung, die die komplette obere Etage umfasste. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!
