Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Badminton, fish-processing table. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 250 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Jeeser" 6.1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Nearby attractions: Naturerlebnispark Gistrow 1.6 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 20 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. Smoker (wood included).
3-room house 56 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and radio. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Ist eine Reise wert

Schönes kleines Häuschen im hinteren Teil des Grundstück vom Vermieter. Gute Ausstattung, angenehmes Ambiente, mit Möglichkeiten der körperlichen Betätigung auf dem Grundstück und auch zur Entspannung.

Ferienhaus in Gristow

Sehr schönes Haus. Alles sehr sauber.Freundliche Inhaber des Hauses. Leider ist die Heizung schlecht regulierbar, da her hohe Nebenkosten. Kein Strand in der Nähe.
