Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieter reinigten täglich den Pool und pflegten den Garten disket am Morgen. Bei Anliegen unsererseits kümmerten sich die Vermieter umgehend. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig mit einem phantastischen Ausblick in die Umgebung. Der Naturweg zum Ferienhaus war steil und ein wenig unwegsam. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben schöne 14 Tage in dieser Ferienunterkunft verlebt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung in einer traumhaften Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wege zur Infrastruktur sind etwas weit und umständlich, aber in knapp 45 Minuten erreicht man sowohl Grosseto zum Einkaufen als auch den schönen Naturstrand im Naturschutzgebiet.

Eingebettet in wunderschöner Umgebung kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Besitzer kümmern sich liebevoll um das Anwesen und sind als Ansprechpartner immer gleich zur Stelle.

Auch als Wiederholungstäter waren wir wieder restlos begeistert vom Anwesen. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft schön und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Vielen Dank hierfür. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig !

De omgeving en uitzicht is echt prachtig het huis is verder oké de badkamers zijn wel erg ouderwets en klein Nadeel is dat je best een aardige auto moet rijden om te komen op de berg maar is wel een avontuur apart Zwembad is heerlijk wat ontbreekt zijn lekkere stoelen zowel bij het zwembad als bij het huis de sitjes bestaan uit harde plastic stoelen en picknick tafels De eigenaar spreekt alléén Italiaans

Alles sehr freundlicj wie in 2018. Man solte schon überlegen über die Bäder Rekonstrukzion. Die Dusche in eimem Bad .- das Wasser fliesst direkt auf das Kopf, keine andere Möglichkeit ist da (Duschenschlauch?). Ich möchte noch empfehlen ein Abgasventilator zu instalieren (in der Nische mit Gaskochaparat). .

Le plus de cette maison de vacances est l'espace piscine avec le patio, tres agréable.

La seconde salle de bain est en fait un Coin lavabo, wc et douche dans 1m2!!! Très limité pour une location de 6 personnes. En outre, il est non de savoir que pour faire les courses, il faut aller ou à Scansano ou á Grosseto, 20 à 30 minute en voiture. Mais pour les amants du calme et de la tranquillité, l'endroit est ideale et le patate autori magnifique. De Braun nourgs à visiterà dans les alentours, les termes de Santurnia, et la mer ou le parc nature de l'Uccellina faisable en journée.

absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub

Das Haus mit Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Hut ab! Wir waren ja mittlerweile schon einige Male hier und werden immer wieder kommen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Entspannung. Vor allen Dingen steht das Haus in einer perfekten Lage. Ringsum wunderbarer Naturblick.Als Großstädter tolles Kontrastprogramm.

Traumhafte Anlage, sehr gepfle...

Traumhafte Anlage, sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, alles erdenkliche an Ausstattung vorhanden und vieles mehr! Hier kann man wunderbar die Aussicht genießen, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und pflegen jeden Morgen diskret die Anlage. Wie von Geisterhand ist der Pool jeden Morgen sauber. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich nichts für tiefer gelegte Sportwagen. Alles in einem wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist man hier genau richtig, dennoch ist man in 30 Minuten in Grosseto und in 15 Minuten in Scansano! Reisetipps: Obwohl das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, ist man in 15 Minuten in Scansano. Scansano ist zwar nicht groß aber sehr schön. Wir haben dort fantastisch gegessen (FIASCHETTERIA RURALE) mitten in der Stadt mit jazziger live Musik um die Ecke an einem Freitagabend. Auch am Ortseingang lohnt es sich eine Weinprobe zu machen.Ebenfalls unweit vom Haus gibt es ein Fischrestaurant Silvana dort muss man einen Tisch reservieren, hat aber fantastisches Essen zu sehr guten Preisen.Ristorante Franco E Silvana, Via Scansanese, 9, 58014 Località Bivio Montorgiali, Scansano GR, ItalyDer Markt in Grosseto donnerstags ist empfehlenswert. Wenn man zum Strand möchte empfiehlt sich Richtung Taler Monezu fahren. Bleibt uns nur allen einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort zu wünschen!

Das Haus und die Anlage sind wunderschön, der Pool ist größer als er am Prospekt erscheint und nicht überchlor. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Betten sind italienischer Standard, warum das so sein muss werde ich nie verstehen. Vermieter spricht zwar nur italienisch aber die Verständigung hat super geklappt, hatten 2x etwas gebraucht und er war binnen Minuten zur Stelle. Wer Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig. Grillen direkt am Pool wartraumhaft. Die letzten Kilometer sind zwar etwas holprig aber wir haben es mit einem Dacia problemlos geschafft. Reisetipps: Einkaufen in Grosseto, vor Anreise ist sinnvoll denn in nächster Nähe ist kein Supermarkt.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Der Pool wird früh morgens gepflegt und war immer top. Besonders schön ist der Ausblick vom Haus.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer die Abgeschiedenheit sucht...

Wer die Abgeschiedenheit sucht, der findet sie hier. Einsame Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Das Dorf liegt 1km entfernt und bietet nur einen Laden für das Nötigste. Die Straße dahin ist steinig und steil, nichts für Sportwagen. Kein Nachbar in Sichtweite. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, das gleiche gilt für die riesigen Außenanlagen und den Poolbereich. Die Eigentümer sprechen nicht viel, sind aber sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Sie pflegten das Grundstück jeden Morgen früh und gründlich, blieben dabei aber weitgehend unsichtbar. Sie verkaufen gutes und preiswertes Olivenöl aus biologischem Anbau rund um das Ferienhaus. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die enge Dusche. Vermisst haben wir außerdem einen Sitzplatz auf der schattigen Nordwestseite des Hauses. Reisetipps: Scansano, Montemerano, Pitigliano: charmante und schön hergerichtete Orte. Montorgiali: charmant und unverfälscht (d.h. Nicht hergerichtet). Radtouren rund um Polveraia und einmal rund um Monte Argentario (am besten mit dem MTB). Wandern im Parco Naturale della Maremma. Auf den Gipfel des Monte Amiata (besser nicht am Wochenende).
