Single-family house "Kušar", 2 storeys. 900 m from the centre of Motovun, 28 km from the centre of Novigrad, 30 km from the centre of Poreč, 28 km from the sea. For shared use: property 600 m2, small garden with lawn. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 600 m, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 19 km, railway station 22 km, rocky beach 28 km. Marina 28 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
4-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Top floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony, terrace. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Low placed windows in the bedrooom with sloping ceilings.

Big apartment, everything enough, perfect comunication, nice view. Owners are very nice, waiting for us. Just direct phone was not to them but some office where was only call automat, this is propably problem of the booking and other rental company!:((

Sehr tolles Haus. Empfehlenswert

Das Haus liegt fantastisch am Hang Motovuns. Tolles Panorama in die Landschaft mit romatischen Sonnenuntergängen; auch aus der Poolperspektive. Bergauf laufen sollte einem schon liegen, das müsste aber jedem, der in Motovun urlaubt, klar sein. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr nette Vermieter, die im Haus mitwohnen aber total unauffällig sind.

Akzeptabel

Hat soweit alles was benötigt wird. Lediglich die Zufahrt ist nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug zu bewerkstelligen. Mit Van oder ähnlichen nicht zu fahren. Die Sauberkeit vor Ort ist nicht so besonders gewesen. Auch die Pool Pflege lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir könnten den Pool in der Zeit leider nicht benutzen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in der Unterkunft gewesen und haben vor allem den Pool und die Großzügigkeit des Hauses genossen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil sind die bellenden Hunde in der Stadt. Ein herrlicher Ort und wenn man das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sieht, kann man auch über Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen.

Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft am Rande von Motovun mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und kinderlieb und spricht ein wenig Deutsch. Von Motovun aus ist man verhältnismäßig schnell an der Küste (ca. 30 Minuten bis Novigrad oder 35 Minuten bis Porec etc.) so das man auch als Küstenliebhaber auf seine Kosten kommt. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und möchten uns auch auf diesem Wege nochmals bei N. bedanken!
