Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Umgebung super.

Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon nicht besonders bequem, sehr kleines Waschbecken im Bad, Sessel im Wohnzimmer schmutzig. Die Gegend sehr schön, Wanderwege vor dem Haus.

Das Ferienhaus war ausreichend ausgestattet hatte auch recht stabieles Internet. Das umfeld also die Nachbarschaft sind super und die Region vor Ort ist wunder schön. Es gibt dort auch viel zu entdecken.

Kleines einfaches FerienhÀuschen

Das HĂ€uschen war ganz nett. Wirkte in Wirklichkeit aber etwas verwahrloster als auf den Fotos. Zugewachsen und kein gemĂ€hter Rasen, abblĂ€tternde Farbe. Innen auf den ersten Blick sauber, jedoch gab es bei genauerer Betrachtung doch einige Hundehaare des Vormieters, Staub und Spinnweben. Gut dass ein Staubsauger vorhanden war um das Problem zu beheben. Moderne Einrichtung. Alter quietschender Holzboden im Obergeschoss und ein seltsamer Geruch (altes Holz?) DafĂŒr hat man ein HĂ€uschen fĂŒr sich allein und bekommt nur wenig von den Nachbarn mit. Jedoch finde ich den Preis recht hoch fĂŒr diese QualitĂ€t (und die Extrakosten fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher und Strom).

GemĂŒtlich mit kleinen abstrichen

Unterkunft ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, sehr gut knapp verfehlt, da die Stromkosten fĂŒr denn Nachtspeicherofen sehr hoch sind.Der Ofen ist ein echter Stromfresser und treibt die Nebenkosten Ordentlich in die Höhe.Man kann es aber trotzdem empfehlen sehr schöne Gegend.Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Ruhige Lage und dennoch ist man schnell am Bodensee.Alles in allem es passt.

Zum Entspannen ist dieses ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen. FĂŒr Unterhaltung jedweder Form muss man jedoch immer mit dem Auto fahren.

Ausgezeichnete Lage fĂŒr Wanderungen. Treppenstiege zum Schlafzimmer nur fĂŒr sportliche und schwindelfreie Leute geeignet. Im Winter hoher Stromverbrauch (und dementsprechend Kosten). Betreuung vor Ort super. Einrichtung: zuviel Polster- und andere Möbel fĂŒr den kleine Wohnraum. Schöne Balkon.

Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung des FerienhĂ€uschen war sehr gut. Wir haben uns also sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wenn man Allergiker und Probleme mit Tierhaaren hat sollte man eher ein HĂ€uschen suchen das nicht mit Tieren gebucht werden darf. Rund um den Grill sollte man vor Anreise das hohe Gras entfernen. Ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Erholung pur in wunderbarer Natur, mit diversen AktivitĂ€ten/SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten ganz in der NĂ€he

Einfach eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Ruhig, gemĂŒtlich. Im Hochsommer wohl in den Schlafzimmern sehr heiss. Treppe fĂŒr ganz kleine Kinder oder Ă€ltere Leute eher gefĂ€hrlich - fĂŒr Hunde unĂŒberwindbar. FĂŒr Hunde sonst ideal: abgeschlossener Balkon, gleich neben Wald/Wiesen (Robidog), alles sehr ruhig. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Hunde im Pfahlbauerdorf oder den Gartenanlagen Salem erlaubt, auf den Schiffen gratis. Bademöglichkeiten fĂŒr den 4Beiner aufgrund des Naturschutzes nur sehr beschrĂ€nkt.
