Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
