Ausreichend

Ich war schön öfters in diesem Haus. Nicht weil es mir so gefällt, sondern weil es billig ist und eine gute Lage hat. Für uns als Motorradfahrer ausreichend, denn wir brauchen das Haus nur zum Schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft und vieles ist nicht mehr richtig funktionsfähig. Dieses Jahr mußten wir auch eine Kaffeemaschine kaufen. Das Haus gehört wirklich einmal generalsaniert (z.B. Küche). Ob wirklich refelmäßig eine Qualitätskontrolle gemacht wird wage ich zu bezweifelt.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr g...

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut: ruhig und dennoch nur 2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, zur guten Pizzeria auf der Ecke, zum Supermarkt oder Apotheke. Für einen Urlaub ohne Auto und mit kleinen Kindern fantastisch. Das Haus allerdings ist in einem lieblosenund ungepflegten Zustand: der Garten vertrocknet, keine Liegestühle o.ä., eine kaputte Waschmaschine, die wir nur mit einem Dosenöffner aufmachen konnten, da der Griff fehlt (die Agentur war dazu telefonisch nicht erreichbar), kaputte Wasserhähne und verstopfte Abflüsse. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr ungepflegt, wir hätten es gerne für unsere Bedürfnisse geputzt, wenn es wenigstens eine Grundausstattung wie Wischlappen oder Eimer gegeben hätte. Wir hatten uns auf ein einfaches Haus eingestellt, aber das hat unsere Erwartung und demnach auch das Preis–Leistungsverhältnis untertroffen. Ein einfaches Haus kann dennoch gepflegt und ordentlich sein. Fazit: Schade, denn die Lage und der Strand sind fantastisch. Wir würden es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren vor drei Jahren scho...

Wir waren vor drei Jahren schon mal im selben Haus. Fazit: Wer die Nähe zum Strand, die eigenen vier Wände und Ruhe ums Haus mag, ist hier genau richtig.ABER: Die Ausrüstung der Küche ist sehr dürftig, dem Kühlschrank fehlten nebst Gemüseschublade auch fast sämtliche Fächer in der Türe. 3 Teelöffel sind echt etwas knapp für 5 Leute.Toilettenspülung und Boiler bringt man mit handwerklichem Geschick zum Laufen, die leckende Dusche (oder war es die Toilette?) im hinteren Badezimmer war dank einem Handtuch eine Woche lang auszuhalten.Zwei Plastikstühle (davon einer angerissen) waren dank der eingebauten Holzbank grad noch genug Sitzgelegenheit draussen. Der wackelnde Tisch (ein Tischbein wird wohl beim übernächsten Mieter das zeitliche segnen...) war für unsere Kinder ein echter Stillsitz–Erzieher, trotzdem schwappte der Morgenkaffee mehr als einmal über.Wischen war mit dem vorhandenen Gerät nicht möglich, da mussten wir was zukaufen.Alles in allem hat das Objekt in den drei Jahren viel eingebüsst, kostet aber noch immer gleich viel.Wir würden das Haus in diesem Zustand nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist ausreichend groß,...

Das Haus ist ausreichend groß, hat zwei Bäder. In einem gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Bei Übernahme des Hauses war alles sauber. Leider ist in einem Bad das Fenster nur durch einen kleinen Trick zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen. Vorteil des Hauses ist, dass es sehr nahe am Meer liegt. Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos und unkompliziert.In der Küche fehlt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, vor allen, wenn in diesem Haus 6 Personen wohnen. Unzureichend ist auch, dass es nur 3 Kaffeelöffel und 2 Weingläser gab. Die Antialkoholischen Gläser haben auch schon viel bessere Zeiten erlebt. Last but not least frage ich mich auch wie eine Kaffeemaschine für eine Person ausreichen soll?Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, an vielen größeren Stellen sieht man nur mehr Erde, die Bewässerungsanlage ist kaputt und der Grill ist so verschmutz, dass man jegliche Lust zum Grillen verliert. Außerdem lagen Zigarettenstummeln herum. Die Außenbeleuchtung bzw. die Verkabelung entspricht sicher nicht der EU–Norm. Der Außentisch und die Sessel sind aus billigen Plastik. Achtung: Für schwere Menschen ein Gefahrenpotenzial.
