Above San Lorenzo al Mare 1 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 7 km from the centre of Imperia, 20 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 3'600 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: table tennis, table football, washing machine (for shared use). Beautiful place, Lovely hosts

Perfect for our family (with two children - 3 and 5 years old). The cabins are everything you need, plus an amazing view of the sea. V and R are wonderful Hosts, helpful and kind. This was our second year here and we hope to be able to come again!

Erholsamer und Sonniger Winterurlaub

Für den Monat Februar war es relativ mild ,nur nachts war es ziemlich kühl im Haus. Der Wein und das Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau ist sehr zu empfehlen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht .Der Aufstieg durch die Weinberge zu den Ferienhäuser ist mit einem " normalen" Auto zu bewältigen. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt.

schöne rustikale Holzhäuschen mit viel echter, wilder Natur. extrem freundliche Vermieter. der Aperitivo am Sonntag Abend zum Kennenlernen ist super! schöne Ausflüge zu den Felswasserbecken von Torre Paponi, zum Skulpturenparl von Carin Grudda nach Lingueglietta, zum 10 Gänge Menu ins Ristorante Val Prino in Molini di Prela. die Gastgeber sind so herzliche nette Menschen, dass es schwer fällt wieder abzureisen... wir kommen wieder!

Herrlicher Aufenthalt

Vittorio und Rita sind perfekte Gastgeber. Sie sind immer bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Die Terrasse, die Aussicht und der Pool sind herrlich. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort um die Seele baumeln zulassen und die hauseigenen Produkte zu geniessen (Öl, Wein, Sugo, Pesto, Limoncello....)

Eine wunderbare, urbane Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Ein unbezahlbarer Blick aufs Meer. Ein Pool, der das ganze Jahr geöffnet hat und ein Vermieter der an Herzlichkeit kaum zu überbieten ist. Man sollte allerdings nicht mit einem tiefergelegtem Auto anreisen, sonst muss man unten parken. Wir sind bisher noch nie eine so abenteuerliche Anfahrt zum Domizil gefahren, aber, so wurde uns gesagt: Willkomen in Ligurien, so ist das Land dort.

Paradise im Wein / Olivenberg

Wunderschöne, einfach gehalten, aber traumhafte Anlage in den Weinbergen/Olivenbergen. Der Pool ist super und hat eine gigantische Aussicht. Auch von der eigenen Terrasse ist es ein super Ausblick aufs Meer. Überall besteht Möglichkeit zu kleinen Rückzugspunkten auf der Anlage. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen.

Bonne situation mais autoroute bruyante

Le Terraza est un endroit très sympathique pour les familles, beaucoup d'aires de jeux pour enfants, piscine, les bungalows tout en bois sont charmants, très bon accueil de V. et R. à l'arrivée. Le seul bémol concerne l'autoroute toute proche très bruyante et le fait de devoir subir les cris et pleurs des enfants des autres locataires alors que nous avions volontairement évité les vacances scolaires.

Liebe Urlauber Wenn Sie es schaffen auf ein 5 Sterne Hotel und anstehen am All inklusive Buffet zu verzichten und stattdessen das echte Lebensgefühl in Italien an der Riviera erleben wollen, dann fahren Sie zu Vittorio! Ja, die Auffahrt ist abenteuerlich aber allein der Ausblick.... unglaublich! V. und seine Familie sind super nett und hilfsbereit und der Wein ist auch klasse, wir haben mehrere Kisten mitgenommen. Der Ort ist nicht zu überlaufen und ganz toll. Genießen Sie es !

Einfach aber wunderschön

Die Anfahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich. Aber die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist bei jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit großartig! Der Hauseigene Wein ist ebenfalls gut und die Kinder sind glücklich im Pool mit diversen Wasserspielzeugen.

Wir waren mit unserem 1.5 Jahre alten Sohn da und konnten sehr entspannte Ferien geniessen. Das Bungalow innen ist einfach aber zweckmässig. Die Veranda bietet viel Platz und dank Dach und Bäumen auch guten Sonnenschutz. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Sehr schöne, gepflegte, grüne Umgebung mit vielen kleinen Plätzchen zum Verweilen oder Tischtennis, Trampolin, Spielplatz - top, auch wenn schon etwas älter. Der Pool war gross und sauber. Äusserst freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Natur Pur in herzlicher, liebevoller Gesellschaft

Vermieter unglaublich herzlich, traumhafter Meerblick und Anlage liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage liegt hoch auf dem Berg, für uns war die Anfahrt kein Problem. Durch unsere E-Bikes war auch der Weg in die Stadt und ans Meer kein Problem, zu Fuß ist es dann aber schon weit und steil, besonders der Rückweg. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Sport, Natur, Erholung und einzigartige Lage
