In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra). Shop 150 m, bus stop "L'Ours" 900 m, railway station "Sion" 18 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 150 m, chair lift, slopes 20 m. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Imalp SA in Les Collons.
"Grives", 3-room apartment 64 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Top floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 double beds. Shower/WC. Balcony. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Leider wurde uns die Wohnung nicht übergeben und auch eine abnahme am Ende fand nicht statt, keine Betreuung, so erfuhren wir viele Dinge viel zu spät. Am 1 Tag mussten wir kalt duschen da wir nicht wußten, dass man das warme Wasser erstmal 10 Min. laufen lassen muss, damit es den Berg rauf kommt. Zur Wohnung sind es 75 Stufen. 2mal mussten wir bitten damit defekte Glühbirnen ausgwechselt wurden und egal wie lange und wieviel Personen, es gibt nur ein kleiner Müllbeutel. Schlecht zu Lüften.

Saubere, aufgeräumte Wohnung. Evtl. Kochutensilien selbst mitnehmen, v.a. Bratpfanne. Ansonsten super ausgestattet.

Heizung defekt

Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war die Fußbodenheizung defekt, als Ausgleich wurde eine 2KW Elektroheizung zur Verfügung gestellt, die, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, permanent lief um die Kleidung etc zu trocknen.

Saubere Unterkunft mit eigentlich allem was man braucht. Aber für 8 erwachsene wäre es uns zu eng gewesen. Wir waren zu viert und es war perfekt. Ich würde es für maximal 6 Personen empfehlen. Sehr nah am Lift. Großeinkauf besser im Tal, da ist es günstiger. Man kann mit den Skiern bis zum Haus fahren, das ist sehr praktisch. Sehr Hundefreundliche Gegend mit tollem Spazierweg in Fußnähe. Aber Spikes sind zu empfehlen.

Sehr angenehmes Haus. alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was nötig ist. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus und zum Skiraum könnten genauer sein.
