In the district of Stuben 300 m from the centre of Pfunds, 12.5 km from the centre of Nauders, on a slope, in the residential district, along the wooded area. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with meadow. Motor access to 200 m from the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 550 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Landeck" 30 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 28 km. Golf course (9 hole) 32 km, mountain railway 14.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Reschensee 20 km.
"Palman", 9-room house 200 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Practical and rustic furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with winter garden with 1 double bed, hand-basin, shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin, shower/WC and satellite TV. 2nd upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin, shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and hand-basin. 1 double bedroom. Oil heating. Carpet. 2 balconies, large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Es freut uns, dass Sie den Aufenthalt genossen und das Haus als gut
ausgestattet empfunden haben. Die meisten Matratzen im Haus sind neu,
lediglich in den Jugendzimmern etwas dünner. Alle Fenster verfügen über
Vorhänge, um Licht abzuschirmen. Da Ihre Bewertung insgesamt sehr
positiv klingt, aber die vergebene Punktzahl eher niedrig ausfällt,
würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie diese ggf. noch einmal überprüfen

Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In haben wir mit der Maximalbelegung (davon 6 Kinder von 2-16 Jahren) im Haus Palman Platz gefunden. Viele Navigationen verweisen auf den Straßenzug oberhalb und damit auf die Gebäuderückseite.Mit mehreren Kleintransportern (Vito, Transit, o.Ä.) wird das Parken auf den vier Parkplätzen sportlich.Die "rustikale und zweckmäßige Einrichtung" war für uns passend. Man merkt dem Gebäude sein Alter an einigen Stellen an.Vereinzelt haben wir einen Vielfüßigen Mitbewohner entdeckt.Viele unterschiedlich große Stufen/Absätze und der durchgängig verlegte Teppichboden haben mehrfach für kurze Schreckmomente beim Laufen oder Essen mit den Kindern geführt. (Wir waren froh, den Großteil der Mahlzeiten auf der gefliesten Terrasse einnehmen zu können).Nicht auf den Bildern ist die Möglichkeit eines großen Tisches auf der Terasse, an dem bei großer Personenzahl alle Platz finden. Im ehemaligen "Gastraum" ist das zwar auch möglich, allerdings nur aufgeteilt und etwas beengter.Die Angaben zur Kurtaxe im Onlineportal waren höher als vor Ort zu bezahlen. (Stand: 2025). Über die Kurtaxe erhält man die Tiroler Summercard (freier ÖPNV, freier Eintritt ins Freibad uvm.)Fazit:Eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft für Gruppen mit einer netten Vermieterin und pragmatischer Ausstattung.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Schönes, großes Ferienhaus, wo sich aushalten lässt. Sehr gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 200-300 Meter Entfernung. Das Haus ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an der ein oder anderen Stelle modernisiert werden. Aber die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die meisten Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Sehr schöner Garten und Terrasse zum verweilen und um die Aussicht in die Berge zu genießen. Terrasse lädt sehr ein um dort zu essen.

Geweldig uitzicht!
Op de regenbuien helaas na, hebben we genoten van ons verblijf in Oostenrijk. Een van buiten heel mooi huis, met prachtig uitzicht. Van binnen is het huis gedateerd, maar dat mocht voor ons en voor de 7 kinderen de pret niet drukken. Wat een ruimte, vooral boven met grote slaapkamers en overal een douche en toilet bij. De keuken en eetkamer vonden we daarentegen aan de kleine kant voor zoveel personen. Door het slechte weer konden we niet buiten zitten, anders was dat een perfecte optie geweest.

echte oostenrijkse sfeer
beetje gedateerde woning met middelmatige bedden maar verder is alles aanwezig en functioneert. servies is ook wat krap als je met een grote groep bent.
