Single-family house "Vera", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Sveti Ivan 15 km from the centre of Kaštelir, 6 km from the centre of Višnjan, 17 km from the centre of Poreč, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.3 km, pebble beach 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
3-room house 70 m2. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV, radio and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating, forced-air heating. 2 terraces covered.
