Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Côte Sauvage" 600 m.
"Les Algues", 3-room house 65 m2. Practical furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Maison agréable et bien équipée dans une résidence très calme proche de la forêt et d'une magnifique plage ! Beau terrain clos, idéal pour famille avec enfants ou animal domestique. Penser aux vélos car de nombreuses pistes cyclables et chemins de randonnée. Vivement l'année prochaine pour y retourner!!

Sehr schönes und praktisches Ferienhaus. Aufgrund der recht großen Grundstücke ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern. Ebenso fußläufig Entfernung zum schönen Strand. Reisetipps: Diverse Möglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Praktisch auch der kostenlose Mini-Bus vom Quartier ins Zentrum.

Haus–Eingang durch Hintertür in Garage: eng, dunkel, Schlüssel kaum zu sperren, ohne sich Finger einzuklemmen.Einbau–Kühlschrank in Küche defekt, stattdessen musste Kühlschrank in Garage benutzt werden.Für die Fernsehbedienung war keine Beschreibung vorhanden, für einen techn. Laien war die Bedienung mit Decoder ein buch mit sieben Siegeln. Bei Ankunft war alles verstellt.Ansonsten Ausstattung O. K. Reisetipps: Strand, Strand, Strand.La Rochelle, Les Sables, Bucht von Aiguillon.....
