Beautiful house "Clos d'Amont", built in 2008. 300 m from the centre of Portbail, 7 km from the centre of Barneville Carteret, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Portbail Collège André Miclot" 550 m, sandy beach 1.5 km.
"Clos d'Amont", 3-room house 90 m2. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Hund

Alles in allem super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.... Geniales umfriedetes Grundstück für den Hund.. ruhig gelegen und trotzdem relativ zentral. Vermieter nett und unkompliziert..Haben.uns rundum wohl gefühlt, falls es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann die Kaffeemaschine.. die brauch 45 min ;-) aber ok... Klagen auf hohem Niveau.. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.. Und der Ort ist traumhaft, und perfekt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung... Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt mit Traumwetter...

Sehr schönes und zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus. Geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einige Möbelstücke sowie Teile des Küchengeschirrs, sollten dringend ersetzt werden.
