Gemütlich und zweckmäßig

Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt sehr nett, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das eine Bad ist vollwertig, das zweite, sehr kleine kann man höchstens als Gäste-WC mit integrierter Dusche bezeichnen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation erfolgt reibungslos per WhatsApp. Bezüglich der Lage ist man ständig auf ein Auto angewiesen. Zu Fuß kann man weder das Meer, noch Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichen.

Typisch Italienisch

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus ok. Die Betten waren für uns nicht komfortabel. Aussicht ist absolut klasse und man kann gut auf Durchzug öffnen. Wir waren im Sommer da und hatten durchweg über 30Grad, da war es leider nur möglich mit Auto an den Strand etc zu fahren, laufen ist zu beschwerlich bei der Steigung.

Wir besuchen diese Ferienwohnung nun schon seit 4 Jahren. E. und K. sind total nette Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig, hat einen tollen Balkon und eine schöne Terrasse. Nachkriegsausstattung

Schön gelegen, freundliche Eigentümer. Mobiliar ist wohl von den Großeltern, verzogen, klebrig. Kochtöpfe auch, alte Alu-Töpfe. Wir waren vermutlich die Ersten dieses Jahr. Wasserdruck in den Duschen, bei den Waschbecken und in der Küche stark schwankend, manchmal ausfallend. Neubewertung durch Interhome wäre sinnvoll, auch die Reinigung. Hund kackt auf dem Abstellplatz und pinkelt an das Auto! Keine Sonnenschirme, kein deutschsprachiges TV.

Séjour magnifique!

L’appartement est spacieux, pratique, reposant et très propre! on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. Les 2 terrasses sont vraiment très agréables et la vue sur la mer et le village est magnifique!!… on ne s’en lasse pas… la mer est très proche et les plages sont très belles et on se régale dans les restaurants de San Lorenzo del mare. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et discrets. Nous avons séjourné avec mon fils de 9 ans qui n’est pourtant pas très sage et cela s’est super bien passé…. Ce fut un séjour parfait que l’on n’oubliera pas!…Que l’Italie est belle!!…

Schöne Unterkunft, aber nicht für Familien

Leider sind die Eigentümer nicht besonders Familien freundlich. Die Kinder sollten sich leise und unauffällig verhalten. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Liste mit Verhaltensregeln. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, aber die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und können diese Unterkunft leider nicht an Familien weiter empfehlen.

Hat eingebaute Fliegengitter +++Sehr schön – uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Weg ins Dorf – fast ein Katzensprung –verläuft z.Teil beschattet von Olivenbäumen, allerdings ein bisschen steil. Reisetipps: San Remo laut, viel Verkehr, nicht besonders besichtigenswert. Imperia mit schöner Fußgängerzone und gr. Markt. Frankreich nur etwa 50 km entfernt. Menton und Èze sehr schön!
