Beautiful, rustic house "Neves I", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Albufeira, 3 km from the sea. For shared use: tennis. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool heated (37 m2, depth 70 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Table tennis. In the house: sun terrace, roof terrace, burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 4.5 km.
"Neves I", 4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette merveilleuse villa. Les couchers de soleil y sont impressionnants, surtout depuis le balcon .Rien à redire : tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous étions 5 amies, et nous recommandons toutes cette villa sans hésitation

charmante maison très bien située. Entre calme et comodités ( centre commercial à 5mn en voiture / ville d'albufeira à 7 mn) très fonctionnelle et bien entretenue! Propriétaire très sympa et arrageant. idéal pour vacances en famille ou amis. Point à améliorer : la literie pourrait être plus agréable.

Wunderbares ruhiges Haus

Das Haus ist ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe aller Attraktionen gelegen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat alles für die Sauberkeit und unsere Zufriedenheit getan. Wir kommen wieder !!!!!
