Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küste ist traumhaft, der Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück auf dem Balkon war einmalig. Leider war der Balkon verstaubt und ungepflegt und durch die belebte Umgebung (Restaurant, Flughafen Nizza und Klimageräte) war etwas zu viel Unruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafcouch ist bequem. Der zum Appartement gehörende Parkplatz liegt ca. 150m entfernt. Eine Möglichkeit zum Be-und Entladen des Gepäcks an der Wohnanlage fehlte. Wir haben sehr schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung gemacht. Ein guter Ort um Südfrankreich zu genießen.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft.Die Schlafcouch ist hervorzuheben.Sie verwandelt sich in ein richtiges Bett,in dem man ausgezeichnet schläft! Einziges Minimanko sind einige Küchenutensilien.(Dies wird vermutlich daran liegen,dass zuvor kein Klarspüler in der Spülmaschine war?Aber selbst dieser stand bei Ankunft bereit,wenn man diese benutzen wollte).Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Studio met prachtig uitzicht

Mooie studio met een matige bedbank. Ook hangt er een vislucht in de badkamer van het restaurant onder het appartement. Het keukengerei mag wat uitgebreider, bijv gewone glazen. Verder hebben wij genoten van de opgang, het appartement met heerlijk balkon met zeezicht.

Long week-end

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, il est bien équipé (manque juste une cafetière à dosettes), très propre, une vue à couper le souffle, tous les commerces sur place. Idéal pour un couple sans enfant, quartier animé l’été. Le seul bémol, il faut récupérer et restituer les clés à une agence qui se situe à plus de 2km, il faut donc le prévoir à l’avance.
