Apartment 3 combines spacious living with the unique charm of an older building: A spacious living room with an open kitchen, high ceilings, large windows, and old wooden floorboards provides plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space if you enjoy cooking together and winding down the day in a relaxed setting.

There are several sleeping areas available: a bedroom with a queen-size double bed, an additional bedroom with a bunk bed (lower bunk 1.40 m wide), and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. A second toilet is also available—convenient if you’re traveling with a group. In total, up to 5 guests can stay here.

Particularly helpful for groups: Between the two large apartments (Apartment 2 and Apartment 3) is a common area of approximately 40 m² with a kitchen and toilet, which can be used for shared meals, work, games, or group activities. A sleeper sofa there provides two additional sleeping spots.



The manor house and the two half-timbered houses are situated on a property the size of a soccer field in the center of Schlatkow. One of the half-timbered houses was renovated in 2023 in accordance with historic preservation standards—three beautiful vacation apartments are available here. There is also a common room that’s perfect for dining, playing, or working together; a fiber-optic connection has recently been installed for this purpose.

Between the three buildings, you’ll find plenty of outdoor space: for playing and running around, for a relaxed breakfast in the open air, or for a quiet afternoon of reading. Thanks to its location away from through traffic, it’s pleasantly quiet here—a major advantage, especially for families, since children can play freely on the grounds.

Right next to the property is a large children’s playground as well as the community’s 600 m² event barn, which is ideal for parties and events.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
