Welcome to our beautiful "Unerwäägens" duplex apartment in Sankt Peter-Ording. This lovingly furnished apartment spans two floors and, with 55 square meters of space, offers plenty of room for up to four people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a box-spring bed (160x200) and a living area with a sleeper sofa and a built-in, modern kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want—from a dishwasher to an oven, everything is provided so you can cook for yourself during your stay. The newly renovated bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
A staircase leads to the open-concept bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200), where you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the balcony, located on the first floor.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment allows you to stay in touch with friends and family and plan your excursions in SPO. A Smart TV with Waipu TV and Netflix provides entertainment. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcome here and can enjoy the beauty of the North Sea together with you.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und auch eine gute Lage. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Tankstelle in der Nähe. Fussläufig ist man schnell im kleinen Wäldchen oder am Meer.

Schöne, kleine Wohnungen mit guter Lage für einen Urlaub an der schönen Nordsee! Check-In-/Check-Out-Prozess ohne Probleme möglich. Bei Fragen ist das Büro direkt unten im Haus, sodass die Kommunikationswege kurz sind. Jede Wohnung hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz, auch wenn es auf dem Platz etwas eng werden kann, ist das eher ein kleineres Problem. Auch für Fahrräder ist ein guter Platz hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnungen haben eine gute Ausstattung, die absolut ausreichend ist. Auch wenn es hier und da kleine Verbesserungen gibt, sind die Wohnungen wirklich zu empfehlen.
