Lovely little apartment right on the Tram line to center city. Quite convenient.

Direct connections make things simpler — that’s exactly the idea behind the location. Glad it worked so well for you, Kim.

Stayed at this loft for a week and overall had a good experience. The price was very reasonable for what you got, and the location worked well for getting around Berlin. The host was also great to deal with, quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.A couple of issues worth mentioning: the shower leaked quite badly and regularly flooded the bathroom floor. The apartment also got uncomfortably warm during the day, due to limited ventilation, worth keeping in mind if you’re visiting in summer months.Would still consider staying again given the value and location, but hoping these two things get addressed.

Thank you for such a fair and thoughtful review, Laurynas. We’re glad the loft gave you good value for a full week in Berlin and that our communication made things easy throughout your stay. We’re sorry about the shower and the discomfort during the warmer days. The shower issue has been resolved, and while we unfortunately can’t control Berlin’s summer temperatures, we take the comfort of the apartment seriously and continue looking for practical ways to improve it during hot periods. The fact that you’d still consider staying with us again means a lot. Hopefully next time, without those two compromises. — Julian

Easy and Cute!

Me and my friends stayed here with two days. The place was right near the train station and it was quite easy to commute to and from the train station. However, I would have liked if the apartment was closer to the city center as it was described. We also had an issue with the internet which we were unable to solve. Otherwise, we had a perfectly comfortable and easy stay. Thank you Fabian and team!

Reinfall
