The adjoining bedroom, cleverly tucked away in a nook off the living room, is a special retreat. The ornate bed (16x200 single mattresses) and the lovingly designed ambiance offer an oasis of relaxation where you can feel right at home.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. A Nespresso machine ensures that you can start every morning with a delicious cup of coffee.

The bright bathroom is both functional and cozy. It features a shower, a large mirror, and a makeup mirror, so you can feel completely at ease.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest tax is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
