The holiday apartment Luxury Duplex with step-free access, located in Carboneras, offers views of the nearby sea. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 people. Additional amenities include a smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and dryer. A cot is also available. The building has an elevator. The property features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and balcony.

This holiday rental offers a refreshing shared pool (open from June 1 to September 30), ideal for hot summer days. The property is located near the beach. Private parking is available in a garage. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Please dispose of garbage daily to avoid unpleasant odors in the accommodation.

The property features energy-saving lighting and a convenient self check-in system. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water use during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water use. Gran opción para alojarse.

Pros: La vivienda estaba muy cuidada y la atención todo el tiempo fue magnífica. Precio más que razonable para una vivienda que si bien no está muy cerca de la playa (en Carboneras no queda nada lejos), está en unas condiciones magníficas, moderna, cuidada, amplia, cómoda y de acceso fácil a la carretera (al fin y al cabo, nosotros preferimos visitar calas de alrededor). Cons: Lo único "raro" es que no tuviera WiFi, pero la verdad, no me importaría que todos los alojamientos de esta calidad y atención por parte de las personas que nos atendieron ofrecieran este precio y no tuvieran WiFi, así que no es realmente un punto negativo para mí.
