Nähe zum Wasser und zur Verwandschaft in Dorum/Nordholz. Bei dem Haus konkret der Holz/Laminat-Fussboden im Wohnzimmer - Fliesen im Wohnzimmer finden wir ungemütlich und kalt wirkend.
