Apartment "Locdecharme" with Mountain Views, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Les Clefs at 735 m altitude, just 3 km from Thônes and near Lake Annecy and Manigod, this step-free apartment offers fantastic views of the Alps. Free shuttles are available. A grocery store with local products is five minutes away. Enjoy a private entrance and a spacious wooden terrace.



The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.



Free private parking for several cars is available right in front of the property. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV. A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge, as well as books, games, and toys. Beds are made upon arrival. Please note, towels are not provided. The property has a private outdoor area with a garden, open-air terrace, and charcoal barbecue.



Both a filter coffee maker and a pod machine are available. A tennis court and pétanque field are a 15-minute walk away. Hiking trails start directly from the property. Thônes and its shops are 3 km away, Annecy is a 25-minute drive, and Geneva is 1 hour by car. Free shuttles available—see Thônes tourist office. Pets and events are not allowed. Homemade tartiflette can be arranged for an extra fee. Babysitting is also available for an extra fee.



A recycling area is 500 m away. The property uses energy-saving lighting.
