2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with a pull-out double couch, a dining area and a nice and very well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini oven, stove with 4 hotplates and much more, a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet and a spacious terrace with seating and barbecue facilities, as well as a wonderful view of Bad Mitterndorf's dominant local mountain - the mighty Grimming.

Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge.

The associated parking space for 1 vehicle is right next to the apartment. Due to its ground-floor location, the Grimminglounge apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users. The shower access is almost
barrier-free (rail with a height of approx. 1 cm), but only approx. 50 cm wide.

Bed linen and towels are included - but can also be brought along if desired.

There is a ski room in the house (included in the price). The apartment is heated centrally via underfloor heating.

Please bring your own cleaning utensils, toiletries and food; they are not provided.
