The holiday home is located in the small village of Butori in the green Istrian inland, 2 km from the town of Tinjan and 15 km from Porec and its beaches. The semi-detached house is situated on its own 3800m2 plot with a well-kept lawn and offers its guests exclusive use of a car park for several vehicles, a private 28m2 pool with sun loungers, a shower, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and a barbecue. There is also table tennis, a swing and a badminton court. The landlord lives in the other half of the house with a separate entrance in the courtyard. The holiday home with 160m2 of living space on two floors consists of a ground floor where there is a holiday flat for 4-5 people and a separate double room with its own shower. On the 1st floor there is another holiday flat for 4-5 persons. The holiday flat on the ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC.
The separate bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower/WC is also on the ground floor by the pool. The second holiday flat for 4-5 people is located on the first floor and offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms, one of which has an extra bed, bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine.
All rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
