This cozy and lovely holiday flat close to the forest is ideal for 2-4 people; you can enjoy nature and explore the hiking trails directly from the house. You have a nice living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In front of the house, you can sit on the terrace in the forest. In winter, the well-known ski resorts of Hochötz or Biberwier are within easy reach within about 30 kilometers
The Mieminger Plateau is a real stroke of luck for connoisseurs, it is only 35 minutes by car from the provincial capital of Innsbruck, but allows visitors to discover a completely new side of Tyrol. Numerous flat trails on the Mieminger Plateau entice young and old into the great outdoors. The more than 2,000 hours of sunshine a year, as well as the altitude of 800 to 1,000 metres above sea level, make the landscape exceptional. The swimming lake in Untermieming and the Barwies forest swimming pool attract water lovers.
Those looking for an active winter holiday without skis can enjoy winter hiking, snowshoeing, tobogganing and cross-country skiing on the Mieminger Plateau. Thanks to the central location, ski areas in Ötztal or Biberwier/Ausserfern can be reached quickly
