Enjoy cross-border experiences between Bavaria and Bohemia thanks to our location near the Czech border. Our vacation home, with 90 m² of living space spread over two floors, accommodates 2–5 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, has everything you could need. The vacation home features 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom). The spacious bathroom with a window, toilet, and shower, along with a separate toilet, round out the overall experience. A playroom for children with a sofa bed and desk has everything you need. A washer and dryer are available in the house for doing laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings (gas grill provided) in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. This is a non-smoking home. The deposit is 50% of the total rental price. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
