Comfy apartment in renovated farm building.

The propery is in a nicely renovated old farm building. Bakery is across the street. Roomy kitchen with a large dining table stocked with some essentials.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit gut ausgestatter Küche und sauberem Bad. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe und dadurch gibt es auch eine schnelle Anbindung an die Bahn. Eine Bäckerei ist zudem direkt gegenüber.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Riscaldamento non funzionante

La casa è buona, pulita, ed in buona posizione, ma il proprietario ha l'obbligo, prima di ogni affitto, di controllare che tutti gli impianti siano efficienti, invece non ha controllato e il riscaldamento non funzionava; siamo quindi stati costretti a vivere alcuni giorni in una casa fredda. Non ci è stato offerto nessuna forma di risarcimento per questo disservizio, solo delle parole, inutili, di scusa. Non consigliamo questo appartamento vacanze.

La ringraziamo per il suo feedback. Come già menzionato, ci dispiace molto che non abbia potuto godersi pienamente il soggiorno presso di noi a causa dell’improvviso guasto al riscaldamento. Come ha potuto apprendere nel colloquio personale con il nostro custode, questi ha cercato immediatamente di riparare il riscaldamento. Inoltre, nella struttura è disponibile un moderno termoventilatore, che fornisce calore rapidamente e sul quale l’abbiamo anche informata. Comprendiamo il suo disappunto e prendiamo molto seriamente la sua segnalazione. Come segno del nostro rammarico, desideriamo offrirle uno sconto sul prezzo oppure un piccolo risarcimento per il disagio subito. La preghiamo di contattarci direttamente a riguardo.
