Colari: Beautiful house "Colari", renovated in 2023. 3 km from the centre of Calpe, 14 km from the centre of Altea, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, pond, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar, café 450 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 290 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 1.4 km. Sports harbour 2.8 km, marina 2.8 km, golf course 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Castillo de Guadalest, Les Fonts de l'Algar. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
