Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 1991 erbauten Einfamilienhaus, wurde im Jahr 2015 renoviert und ist modern eingerichtet. Auch wegen der ruhigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Pavillon, Gartenmöbel, Lagerfeuerplatz und Hof.

Location
Tihany. The holiday flat is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is an EV charging station in the village (350 m).

Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung (Gas, Holz/Kohle). Gitterbett, Internetzugang (WLAN), Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Waschmaschine. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Kabel. Deutsch, Englisch. Italienisch, Niederländisch. Die Unterkunft verfügt über hypoallergene Kissen.
