The residence is located in the small village of Susnjici not far from Porec, the nearest shop and restaurant are only 3.5 km away. On the 4000 m2 partially fenced plot, guests have access to a 44 m2 communal pool, parking for several vehicles, a children's swing and an oak wood for playing. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is also available to guests. The landlord lives on the upper floor of the house. The courtyard is located on a busy road.
This holiday flat with a living space of 30 m2 is located on the ground floor of the detached house and is equipped for 2 persons. It consists of a living room with a small kitchen and dining table for two people, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV and a bathroom with shower/WC. In the entrance area there is a beautiful covered terrace with seating and a view of the countryside.
