chairs. Veranda windows protected by thermal blackout curtains.

- Kitchen: with 4-burner gas hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher,

mahogany table and 2 chairs. Kitchen equipped with all cooking equipment and utensils.

- Bathroom: with shower.

Mezzanine floor (12 m2): with double bed or two single beds.

Basement floor (18 m2): bedroom with double bed, 32” television, very cool even in

the height of summer.

External loggia (75 m2) consisting of the area:

- Barbecue (40 m2): spacious convivial area;

- Solarium (25 m2): with 2 sun loungers and outdoor shower;

- Fitness (10 m2): with multifunctional gym.
